The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“USCBP”) is the bureau charged with inspecting ALL travelers coming into the U.S. And, the USCBP is not perfect nor always professional by a long shot. If you have a legitimate complaint there are several way to handle it, just follow the link below:

Nobody likes to be hasseled by immigration agents but please remember, they have a very tough job to do. Be patient, be polite and always, always, always answer their questions truthfully. Follow these simple rules and you should have no problem with a USCBP agent.
