Green Card Lottery

TO: Our Valued Immigration Clients The DV-2009 Green Card Lottery registration will be held between October 3 and December 2, 2007. If you were born in a qualifying country or if you are married to someone born in a qualifying country, you may register. Registration must be via the internet. This office will file and monitor your registration for $85.00 per application. Only winners will be notified sometime between May and July 2008. If you win and qualify, you can file for your "green card" between October 1, 2008 and September 30, 2009. One application per person: husbands and wives may each file an application. One winner allows spouse and minor children (under 21 years unmarried) to be eligible. Applicants must have a high school education (or its equivalent) or two years skilled work experience within the past five years. 55,000 visas are available. Our fee covers registration only, NOT any future services. You ARE NOT eligible from: Brazil, Canada, China (mainland born), Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Peru, Poland, Russia, South Korea, United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent territories, and Vietnam. Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan are eligible. If you are not eligible, we will return your registration and fee. How to register: Complete and sign the attached Green Card Lottery (DV-2009) form (two pages), (2) Provide one color passport photo (2" x 2") for each family member (spouse and children). (3) Send $85.00, completed form(s) and photo(s) to: Paulich, Slack & Wolff, P.A. in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. Use check, money order or credit card for payment. Feel free to email.
